Thank you for using Pulso Blood Pressure-HR Track (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Service Description

The App provides the following features:

• Heart rate measurement
• Blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, and BMI tracking
• Water intake logging to develop healthy hydration habits
• Breathing exercises for relaxation and respiratory improvement
• These features are designed to assist you in managing and improving your health conditions.

2. Subscriptions & Fees

Subscription options include:

• Monthly: $19.99/month
• Annual: $29.99/year
• Trial Offer: $0.99 for the first week, automatically renews to weekly subscription at $9.99 thereafter

All subscriptions will auto-renew via your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Successful renewals will incur corresponding charges.

3. Payment & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Auto-renewal continues unless turned off at least 24 hours before subscription expiration. Users may manage subscriptions in device Settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, abusively, or in ways that infringe others' rights. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is required.

5. Data Privacy

We prioritize user privacy. Health data (e.g., blood pressure, glucose levels) may be collected to deliver personalized health management services. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice. While we endeavor to notify users of significant changes, advance notice cannot be guaranteed.
